The Site is hosted by Checkatrade on behalf of AG Decorators (the "Tradesperson"), and allows you ("you" or "your") to view the Tradesperson's services, customer reviews, contact the Tradesperson and/or request a quote via Checkatrade.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, whether you access it via our website or any mobile application. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that:

We are not a party to, and do not form any part of, any agreement, transaction, contract or arrangement between you and the Tradesperson.

Accordingly:

• we do not supply, perform, or guarantee any services advertised by the Tradesperson;
• we do not endorse, recommend, or provide assurances as to the quality or suitability of the services provided by the Tradesperson; and
• any agreements entered into are strictly between you and the Tradesperson.

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of information, qualifications, or reviews provided by Tradespeople on the Site. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of Tradespersons before entering into any agreement.

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other multimedia content ("Content"), is provided for general informational purposes only.

Certain Content on the Site may be automatically generated or summarised using AI tools. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of such content, the following disclaimers apply:
